Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to our clients and stylists, please review our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a fee of [amount or percentage] of the service cost.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrival: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule. A late fee or new deposit may apply.
