Refund & Exchange Policy
Enjoy 30 days to return your item after delivery — no hassle, no worries.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at contact@glamefy.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including opened beauty products, makeup, eyelashes, hair accessories, and personal care goods. Custom products and special orders are also non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
